Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address escalated issues.
  • Provide product/service information and assist customers with troubleshooting.
  • Follow established policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Comfortable working with computer systems, CRM tools, and communication platforms.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
